
Undergraduate Programs
Bachelor’s Program
To be eligible to
apply for the Bachelor's Program, students must have earned a recognized school
leaving certificate, such as the International Baccalaureate Program, A-Levels,
High School Diploma, French Baccalauréat, Swiss Maturité, Abitur, etc. We may
accept alternative overseas qualifications as the equivalent of a university
admission level because of the diversity of applicants. Since English is the
primary medium of instruction, candidates must provide documentation of their
language skills.
Graduate Programs
The
Master of International Relations (MIR) program at AAID primarily uses a theoretical
and practical approach to prepare students for successful careers in the public
and commercial sectors. We provide a special blend of master-level courses in
conceptual international relations and diplomacy that emphasize theory and the
growth of critical diplomatic abilities.
Three major pillars form the foundation of the AAID curriculum:
International Law (Human rights) , International Economics, and International
Relations and Diplomacy
Doctor of International Relations
The
Asian Arab Institute of Diplomacy offers a distinguished, comprehensive
doctoral program that provides a distinctive and stimulating intellectual
setting for the in-depth, multidisciplinary study of international relations
and diplomacy.
AAID's Doctor of International Relations and Diplomacy program combines
rigorous independent study with practical application to achieve academic
success. Two different modalities are used to award PhD degrees:
Research-based Doctor of International
Relations (DIR)
(80,000–100,000 word dissertation)

Students can choose
to complete their PhD studies remotely through the AAID-DIR research program.
The curriculum lasts for three years and earns 240 ECTS.For the comprehensive
and multidisciplinary study of international relations and diplomacy, the
AAID-DIR by research program provides a distinctive and stimulating
intellectual environment. Students from all over the world who are highly
skilled and experienced have already been drawn to the program. Students have
created and are conducting research in a wide range of fields, including
post-colonial studies, political economics, human rights, international
affairs, diplomacy, classic and emerging security challenges, and geopolitics.
A bachelor's degree and a master's degree in a suitable field (diplomacy, international relations, politics, law, or economics). Qualifications from other countries that are comparable are accepted.
To be eligible for the Doctor Program, a candidate with an
interdisciplinary Master's degree might be required to complete a Pre-DIR
course. Please be aware that admission to the doctor program is not guaranteed
by earning a doctorate. A solid research proposal of 4000-5000 words in the GSD

*The doctoral degree is the highest degree we award, similar to that of a PhD.
Submission Documents
- A 1,000-word statement in which the applicant outlines and defends why they fulfill all the conditions for the GSD DIR award from Dossier.
- Eight research articles published in renowned international journals or a book written entirely by the author and released by a university press or a prestigious publishing firm, no more than three years before the application year.
- Revised resume
- A duplicate of the candidate's valid passport copy
